What this page covers

This page describes what happens to information you send us through this website. It does not cover information you give us in person, by telephone, or through a separate contract.

What we collect

There are two places on this site where you can send us information.

The contact form

Your name, email address, company if you give one, the type of project, and whatever you write in the message field.

The careers application form

Your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, your discipline and years of experience, your CV, and any note you add.

We ask for nothing else. The site sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.

What we do with it

Enquiries are used to respond to you about your project. Applications are used to consider you for a role, now or when something suitable opens.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email to addresses collected through these forms.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to us by a third-party form service, so the contents pass through that provider on the way to our inbox. The website itself is served by a hosting provider that records standard server logs.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact about a project and for a reasonable period afterwards. Applications are kept on file so we can come back to strong candidates.

If you would like us to delete what you have sent, ask and we will.

Asking us about your information

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@contrateceg.com and we will deal with it.
