Gar El Amar

At Gar El Amar, Contratec held the main contractor role, carrying the whole build rather than a fit-out package within someone else’s programme.

The project sits within Address Beach Resort at Marassi, developed by Emaar Misr, and was delivered alongside a full specialist team: design development and steel by Cosign Group, lighting design by Kelos.

Terracotta arches, warm plaster and planted colonnades, a warm, textural hospitality interior built to resort standards.
